Wrong size? Not what you expected? No problem.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item — sale items included.

How it works

1. Email us Send a message to [EMAIL] with your order number and which item you want to return. Tell us whether you'd like a refund or a different size.

2. We reply within 2 business days You'll get the return address and simple instructions. Please wait for this email before sending anything back.

3. Send the item back Pack it as it arrived — unworn, tags on, original packaging. Use a tracked service and keep your receipt.

4. We refund you Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you when it's done.

Who pays for return shipping

Want a different size instead?

The quickest route is to return the original for a refund and order the size you want right away. That way your new piece ships immediately instead of waiting for the return to arrive.

Prefer a straight swap? Just say so in your email and we'll sort it.

Something arrived damaged?

Email us  with a photo as soon as you notice. We'll replace it or refund you in full, return shipping included. No need to send anything back before we've spoken.

Not sure about your size?

Check the measurements on the product page before you order — every PKLAB piece is cut oversize, so the numbers matter more than the label. Still unsure? Email us and we'll tell you which size to take.
