Where we ship

We ship across the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Drop releases and promotional periods may add 1–2 days.

Delivery times

These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of order. Delays caused by carriers, customs or public holidays are outside our control.

Shipping costs

• Free delivery on orders over €[79]
• Below that threshold, the rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Duties and taxes — nothing to pay on delivery

All our orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

This means every applicable duty and import tax is already included in the price you pay at checkout. You will never be asked to pay customs charges, handling fees or additional taxes when your parcel is delivered. The price you see is the final price.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page.

Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to become active after dispatch. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Split shipments

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times, at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email [EMAIL] immediately — if the order hasn't been dispatched yet we can usually correct it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at pklab@outlook.it  and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund you in full.
