Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
This applies to every item we sell, including items bought on sale or during a promotion. We do not exclude discounted products from returns.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- in the same condition you received it
- with all original tags attached
- in its original packaging
You'll also need your order number or proof of purchase.
Your statutory right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Our 30-day return window is offered in addition to this right — it extends it, it does not replace or limit it.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at pklab@outlook.itwith a clear statement of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not required.
How to start a return
Email pklab@outlook.it with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address within 2 business days.
Please do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent you the wrong product: we cover all return shipping costs.
- If you're returning for any other reason (changed your mind, wrong size, doesn't suit you): return shipping is at your expense.
We recommend using a tracked service. We can't be responsible for returns that are lost in transit and never reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
Refunds include the price of the item and the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose an upgraded delivery option, we refund the standard rate.
Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money may take a further few business days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size or item you want. This means you don't have to wait for the return to arrive before your new item is dispatched.
If you'd prefer a direct exchange, email us and we'll arrange it.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at pklab@outlook.it with photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including all shipping costs.
Under EU law you also have a 2-year legal guarantee against goods that do not conform to the contract. This is a statutory right and nothing in this policy affects it.
Items we can't accept back
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior contact
- Items returned worn, washed, altered, or without tags
